Arbitration will be confidential and conducted by one arbitrator, either in person in Warren County, Ohio, or remotely if the claim is for less than $5,000 (unless you are a consumer, in which case you can choose to hold arbitration in your home county).

Consumer Status: You are considered a "consumer" if you use the services for personal, family, or household purposes. The most recent JAMS Rules are incorporated here by reference, and you agree to have read and understood them, or waive the right to challenge them.

Governing Law and Authority: You and GreenDragonDen.com agree that these Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. § 1, et seq., and that the arbitrator will have the sole authority to make decisions on procedural and substantive issues. The arbitrator will conduct individual arbitration, and class actions or group claims are not permitted.

Confidentiality: Both you and GreenDragonDen.com agree to keep the arbitration process and any awards confidential, with limited exceptions as required by law or judicial proceedings.

Fees and Costs: For any arbitration you initiate, you will pay a filing fee of up to $250 (if you are a consumer), with GreenDragonDen.com covering the remaining fees. If GreenDragonDen.com initiates arbitration, it will cover all fees. Any appeals or enforcement of an arbitration award will be handled exclusively by the courts in Warren County, Ohio.

Any claim related to these Terms or our Services must be brought within one year of when the claim first arose. After this period, the claim will be permanently barred, meaning neither you nor GreenDragonDen.com will have the right to pursue it.

You may opt out of binding arbitration by sending an email within 30 days of the date you first accepted the terms of this Section 16 to contact@greendragonden.live. To be valid, your opt-out notice must include your full name and address and clearly state your intention to opt out of binding arbitration. By choosing to opt out, you agree that any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Section 17.

If any part of this Section 16 is deemed unenforceable or unlawful for any reason: (a) the invalid portion will be severed from these Terms; (b) the remainder of Section 16 will remain fully effective, and the parties retain the right to compel arbitration of any remaining individual claims under this Section; and (c) if any claims are required to proceed on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis, they must be litigated in a civil court of competent jurisdiction—not through arbitration—and such litigation will be stayed until all individual arbitration claims are resolved.

Additionally, if any portion of this Section is found to bar an individual claim for public injunctive relief, that specific restriction will not apply to the extent that such relief must be pursued outside arbitration. The rest of Section 16 will remain fully enforceable.

17. Governing Law and Venue

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio—excluding its conflict of law principles—except where preempted by U.S. federal law. Any legal action that is not subject to arbitration or small claims court must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Modifications and Termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. You may also stop using our Services at any time. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your inability to access or use the Services, whether temporary or permanent.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20. Miscellaneous

Green Dragon Den's failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. Section titles are for reference only and have no legal significance. Unless otherwise stated, these Terms are for the benefit of the parties only and do not grant rights to any third party. You agree that communications and transactions with us may be conducted electronically.

To promote fairness and transparency, we apply two types of enforcement—Enforcement A and Enforcement B—at our discretion, depending on the severity of the violation.

• First Violation: Issuance of a warning; removal of content or termination of livestream; early termination of Main Event feature before the minimum specified duration.
• Second Violation: Temporary suspension of account (3 days); removal of content or termination of livestream; early termination of Main Event feature before the minimum specified duration.
• Final Violation: Permanent account deletion; ID ban and device ban; full revocation of access to GreenDragonDen.com.

🔒 Enforcement B (Immediate Action)

• Severe or egregious violations may result in: immediate account deletion; ID ban and device ban; full revocation of access to GreenDragonDen.com.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

Your use of our Services must comply with all applicable laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, and our Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for your behavior while using GreenDragonDen.com. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or Threats: Engaging in harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking behavior.
• Unauthorized Access: Using or attempting to use another user's account without their permission and without authorization from GreenDragonDen.com.
• False Representation: Impersonating any person or entity, posting on their behalf, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any individual or organization.

Enforcement A: Prohibited Conduct and Responsibilities

In response to the situation described, we will implement Enforcement A. All users are expected to comply with our Community Guidelines, applicable laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, and other third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your behavior while using our Services. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Age Restriction: Users must be at least 18 years old to access GreenDragonDen.com, or older if required by local laws. Accounts found in violation of this age requirement will be deleted.
• Legal Compliance: Users must adhere to all laws of the United States and follow our Community Guidelines to maintain a respectful and orderly live broadcast environment.
• Misuse of Services: You may not use our Services in ways that interfere with, disrupt, or negatively impact other users' experience, or that damage, disable, or impair the functionality of our platform.

If a user is found impersonating others or misusing intellectual property, Enforcement B will be applied.

When using the Livestream feature, you agree to follow the rules outlined below at all times—and to refrain from encouraging others to break them. Violations, including incitement, are taken seriously and may result in removal from the Service.

Livestream Guidelines

• 🎥 Responsibility for Co-Hosts: As the primary host, you are accountable for the behavior of any co-hosts in your livestream. If they breach community guidelines, all involved parties may be reported and investigated.
• 🛍️ Responsibility for Goods and Services: As a shop host, you are fully responsible for the products or services you promote or sell. To maintain a safe and respectful community, GreenDragonDen.com strictly prohibits the sale of: alcohol; items or services involving child or animal abuse or endangerment; drugs or drug-related paraphernalia; illegal, stolen, or otherwise unlawful goods or services; offensive content or activities.

By participating in Livestreams, you help shape a positive and trustworthy environment for all users.

🚫 Dangerous Acts Policy

We strictly prohibit content that involves risky or hazardous behavior performed without proper expertise, supervision, or safety measures. These acts—especially when done in non-professional settings—can result in serious injury or even death, and pose a threat to both the individual and the public.

Do not post, upload, stream, or share content that includes:

• 🔧 Improper or unsafe use of dangerous tools, vehicles, or objects
• ⚠️ Games, dares, or hoaxes involving self-harm or eating disorders
• 🧪 Ingesting substances not intended for consumption or that may cause harm
• 🎮 Dangerous stunts, challenges, or dares that could lead to injury
• 🎲 Links or affiliate codes to gambling sites featuring slots, roulette, or dice games

If you come across content that violates these rules, please report it using the instructions provided below.

🛡️ Safety & Content Moderation

Even if someone hasn't broken any rules, you still have the right to choose who you interact with. Here are tools you can use to manage your experience:

👤 Unfollow

• You can unfollow anyone at any time.
• Just visit their profile and tap the "Friends" button to deselect it.
• They won't be notified, and you'll stop receiving updates about their activity.

🚫 Block

• To block someone, select "Block this user."
• Once blocked: they won't be able to view your videos or interact via comments, follows, or direct messages; they'll be unable to see or join any rooms you create or participate in as a moderator or speaker.

🚨 Reporting Violations

At GreenDragonDen.com, we maintain a content-neutral stance—meaning we do not remove posts or users simply because of their opinions or viewpoints. However, to protect the safety and privacy of our community, we depend on users to help us identify and report violations of our Guidelines.

If you need to report a user, video, or comment, follow these steps:

• 🚫 False Reports Are Violations Too: Knowingly submitting false reports is itself a breach of the Rules and will be treated accordingly.

🚨 If You've Been Reported for Violating a Rule

Here's what you need to know:

• Investigation Process: If another user has reported you, our team will thoroughly review the case. To protect the privacy of the reporting party, some details may remain confidential.
• Notification: If the investigation confirms a violation of our community guidelines, you'll receive a notification via direct message or the email linked to your account. If no violation is found, you will not receive any notification.
• Outcome & Impact: You'll be informed of the investigation's result and any actions that may affect your account.
• Appeals: If you believe the report was made in error or disagree with the outcome, reply with "Appeal" and include as much relevant context as possible (text, images, videos, etc.). If your appeal is successful, your account will be restored. If denied, you may submit one final appeal, which will be your last opportunity for review.
• No Retaliation: Any attempt to retaliate against users involved in reporting or investigation is strictly prohibited and considered a violation.
